You don't have to have experience in the floral industry
to be a success with Flowerama of America.
The most important qualification for any franchise candidate
is a commitment to quality and a desire to own your own
business.
We want you to succeed, so Flowerama will
actively assist you in obtaining the financing necessary
to establish your Flowerama Floral Center.
In addition to working with local lenders, Flowerama
has a strong relationship with national lending programs
that have supported Flowerama projects
and are familiar with our franchise program.
To establish a Flowerama location, an
initial cash requirement of between $50,000 and $100,000
is normally required. The total investment will depend upon
a number of factors, including the cost of remodeling or
new construction, and whether the real estate is leased
or owned by the franchisee. A more detailed breakdown of
costs will be provided as part of our disclosure statement.
